We operate an annual programme of charitable giving and encourage our staff to participate in our wider programme of social value initiatives, both on live jobs, in schools and universities, and within the wider construction industry.
We’re committed to helping young people from non-traditional backgrounds access careers in architecture and the built environment, and we work closely with many of the schools that we design, as well as organisations such as Open City Accelerate and the RIBA Mentoring Programme.
We’ve been supporting the award-winning social enterprise Matt + Fiona since it was founded in 2018. As their industry champions, we provide financial support, staff time, resources and expertise to inspire young people in shaping the spaces we inhabit.
